Planned Visit Schemes

(Please note - that DY Zone 4 visits are now on Thursdays)

• PVS Visits must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and you must specify that you require a PVS Visit
• We cannot specify which vet will come to see you - if you require a specific vet you will have to book a visit in the normal way.
• We cannot specify a particular time, so you will need to be prepared to be a bit flexible.  However, we will always try and give you at least 30 mins warning prior to arrival.
• You may phone the practice in the morning of the visit, and we will try and give you a rough guide as to when we will arrive.  If you have time constraints, you should book a visit in the normal way.
• We only carry out routine work within a planned visit. In -depth investigations and pre-purchase examinations should be booked in the normal way.
• PVS visit charges will not be split if more clients are seen on the same yard.  We will either split the ordinary visit charge or charge £16, whichever is the cheapest for you. (There will be a minimal charge of £10)
• The PVS visit charge does not include examination and drug fees.
